how to cause a bsod
CAUTION: Only attempt this in a VM. Do not try this on your actual computer for risk of damaging your PC.
The first step you must do is to open windows task manger.
Click on the button labeled "Show processes from all users".
Locate the process called "wininit.exe"
Check the box and click on the shut down button.
You will immediately get the screen pictured below. However, this is only temporary as restarting the computer will fix it. I have not been able to find a way to permanently cause a BSOD on a PC.
